Training Costs Policy.
Part of the company's employee development policy is an offer to pay for approved training in almost any discipline requested by staff.

• We actively indentify training needs and future training opportunities for employees (based on company objectives and employee capabilities). Then we find the right courses for those needs and people.
• In addition, we consider requests by employees for training in a diverse range of disciplines often outside of their current department of work.
